Kind and positive staff who were always there to help. Good breakfasts with the sausages and yogurt, as example, everyone could try something new. I didn't want to say goodbye, so can recommend this hotel. ...

The location is fantastic. I loved the comfortable bed and the enjoyable rainfall shower. Noise from a bar nearby could be disruptive, and air conditioning in the room was not effective, which impacted my comfort .

Quaint and vibrant place to stay 1 km away from Co-op Food. Cosy and silent rooms with nice decoration. Unbeatable very central location and amiable staff. Nestled near bars and restaurants. A good restaurant...

The location was excellent, staff very polite and helpfull.
The lack of a bar for older people and the noise from the bar downstairs could cause a problem for families.

i asked for a complaining form and they didnt have any. The room was untidy and the bathroom dirty. I stayed there for 5 night and the staff didnt clean the bins until last day. They left cushions over the room, on the floor. the matress of the double bed was broken. I asked the staff and said all of them were the same, no possibility to change. The TV was not working and tyhe light wasnt wither when we wope up one day. Almost all of the times that I asked for something the staff werent very nice. I am not happy at all with the treat it was given to me in this hotel Will never come back again.

I didn't like it
The room was noisy and smelly from the kitchen. I aske several times for a remote control for the TV, and they broght it the last day of my stay..

The location was fine.
The room stank of mildew - probably connected to the water stained/ leaking walls and ceiling. There was no internet access (when I asked about it, the front desk person told me it was broken, they didn't know when it would be fixed, but they'd been sending people to their sister property which had free wireless. At no point during the four days we were there were we able to connect to the internet, nor did we get anything more than a cursory 'sorry'), the phone didn't work (someone yanked the socket out of the wall), the sheets were dirty (coffee stains). They featured a 'guests only lounge' which is open after hours - it actually doesn't exist anymore (and sounds like it never did). .
